His ego is quite unfortunate and frustrating. It is his achilles heal. If he ever wants to be taken seriously for the few areas he is potentially correct, he needs to mature to the point where he can admit when he's wrong and realize he is not the teacher, but one of many students in the same classroom, studying from the same books and the same world of nature we all live in.

If he was truly only concerned about the truth as he claims, then he'd be willing to listen to others who are studying the same subject matter. He'd be willing to listen to those who have already written books on the subject and presented some of his ideas before he did. He'd be respectful and open to ideas that elaborate and expand on where he is potentially correct. He'd allow an open conversation / debate on his videos. He wouldn't be stubbornly embedded in his hypothesis and he'd be able to alter his hypothesis when presented with information that proves some of his ideas inaccurate. That's what you do when you are seeking the truth.
