psssst, Salt, switch to E-Cigs :-)

This may sound odd, have you sat outside in the evening and either played a musical instrument or sung since moving in? It's something I've done when moving into a new place...lived in 36 houses so far.

Either I scare off two-legged critters, terrify four-legged critters, so demoralize the Ban Sidhes by caterwauling better than they do, or all of the above decide I'm an escapee from Clockwork Orange.

Hope you and your Pup-Pup get sorted out and settled into a Blessed and Peaceful new Home.

I can vouch it is not all in 'your head'. I don't want to scare Salt, so I won't go into detail of my experiences.
One thing for sure, don't go in the woods alone at night.
It's bad enough what comes out of the woods some nights.

I used to live in the country in Ohio, lots of Big Foot sightings and weird small fires spotted next to country roads., also the Mothman sightings. I used to be so scared when something would bang on the side of the house. I lived alone then

last night my dog and i were out there. it was about 1030 pm. we both heard a scratching sound like a man rustling in the brush, etc. my dog got very spooked. started barking then turned around and made a beeline for the back door of the house.

usually i have to encourage him to go inside. this time he went right for the door and brought ME inside.

very strange.
 Quoting: Salt

if it was a real person or animal, he would have stood his ground. the fact that he wanted to go inside was behavior like there was a bear or something...
 Quoting: Salt

A bear shouldn't scare a Pyre. I have a Great Pyrenees and she would stand her ground and bark like crazy if a bear came near here. You have something going on out there that she can't understand. Could be Bigfoot. My dog tends to make herself scarce when bi-pedals come along.

Happy there, Salt??

Do you think you'll ever be happy there if you aren't now??

Regardless, that other person mentioning putting salt around the property, I don't disagree with that.

But even beyond that, it seems like there are a lot of elements at play here. I think in time you will come to realize what it is. I think it is about 80% non-human.

A lot of crazy suggestions on here. It's probably just an eerie place a night. I have similar near me with a canal bank. My dogs freak out and they're pretty nosy normally. I don't mind but feel the anxious energy from the dogs. I took my brother once to show him and he said I'm never going there again in the dark.

But there was no cougars, no feng Sui or anything out of the ordinary. Just a dark natural place. The dogs were just more in tune with new sounds and how quiet it can be.

I don't scare easy. I'm not afraid of the dark. I grew up surrounded by thick woods. Woods do not scare me. I am a strong and faithful woman and never let fear reign in my life. But, the woods behind my house have a strange energy. And, actually, my dog is scared and jumpy out there. And he doesn't fear anything.

Only at night.

Now the house I moved into is a historic old house. Its about 140 years old. The basement is pretty creepy too. The house is part of a group of historic houses that were some of the first homes built in this location.

I am a spiritual warrior. This is one of my spiritual gifts. So, buying into any of this creepy vibe is not going to happen. As a matter of fact, I immediately go into a calm and centered warrior stance.

My other gift is being extremely sensitive to supernatural and paranormal energy.

but...
my dog is spooked out there at night. and he loves being outside as long as I will let him. last night he got real jumpy and made a beeline for the door to go back inside the house. my dog is an enormous pyrenean mountain dog.
that's what's really got me buggin.

and when I go out there at night, I immediately feel a strong energy here, and it isn't a good one. whatever is at the core of it, it has no authority here and has to go. it has no idea who it's dealing with.

but only at night.
business is as usual during the day. energy returns to serene and is actually quite comforting.

anyway...The only animals I've seen out there are squirrels, rabbits, variety of birds, and a couple deer. No bears or anything like that.

Salt, you say you are protected

However you protect yourself, do that with your property.

Surround with white light
or a violet fire containment cube
or a shield of protection
Ask that the vibration be raised too, couldnt hurt.
Extra angels surrounding it,
Visualize it being smudged, etc
