Of course there is a correlation. Just because a sunspot hasn't emitted a CME, doesn't mean it is not creating solar wind with increased magnetic flux. Who's to say it doesn't affect weather? Surely not NASA. What about spectrums of energy we can't measure with our primitive scientific equipment?
Nice vid. Now I know why there have been intense chemtrails this past week.
