French press is the worse all of the coffee grain will be at the bottom. I use a keurig coffee maker, you press 1 button and you got your self a coffee

Oh boy, you're talking to a coffee snob here-I drink Gevalia coffee. For my daily cup I use a single-serve drip thingie that sits over my mug to brew-just pour the water into it and wait for it to drain. I also use a regular drip coffeemaker, and have used a French press, and a moka (sp.) pot. Also have a espresso machine. French press does make very good coffee, but you have to start out with good coffee to begin with.

I use an old beat up Mr. Coffee Espresso maker, which works just fine for me because I like my coffee bold and brewed by the cup.

I fill the water chamber up to the top, which usually produces about 16oz of brewed coffee.

I usually like to go with whole bean multi-region dark roasts (light roasts have too much caffeine for me), preferably from a local roaster as coffee peaks in flavor 24 hours after roasting. I don't grind it until I am ready to use it.

I'm thinking I will make a lovely hand carved wooden handle for this pot. She will be a real beauty when i'm done with her. I might name her Lisa Lisa...Ahhh

LOL! Sounds lovely! Check this out for a good instruction on how to use the pot and get the most of your coffee. The most important part is to heat it to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it perk until it's as dark as you like it. Do not boil it the entire time, just at first then then the heat down.

Well, usually my barista makes it at the bar here in Rome, cuz we Italians don't drink alone...but if I must---it's a Moka on the burner, the Italian way.

Yea, I tried the stevia and just didn't like it. I just use sugar.......like they have been using forever. But if you like the stevia, more power to ya brother!
