He would of got his day in court. Policeman would of denied or downplayed his dialogue, his buddy would of corroborated, and he would of spent the weekend in jail, probably got a couple hits with the baton, fined and a record of disorderly conduct, resisting arrest just to name a few. His knowledge didnt win that, the camera did, just have someone always around video taping, and collectively other 3rd party witnesses. Good luck. |

So are you implying that we should not know our rights? You cannot legally tape cops bc somehow protecting your rights is illegal in the police state we are moving into. However, who do think is smarter in this battle, cops with their govt computer systems, like obamacare, lol. Or kids walking about with a sim card video transmitter to an encripted server streaming to 10000 other computers in real time. Good luck shill boy. |

Except that the police own the courtroom, in that their word trumps yours there. Making a record is a good idea, and everyone should be polite, all the time, but remember this: The Police Work for us. No the other way around. So, yes, we should treat them as respected employees, but they need behave that way as well. People shouldn't have to fear those that they pay to do work for them. |

I am always respectful to the cops. I know it is a scary job and you have to be cautious. However, I am also nice to employees when I go to a retail store. Sometimes, people are assholes to you when you work at a job. If you worked at walmart and planted a dvd on a customer that was an asshole so they would get arrested for stealing, thats not right. Further, since your on tape at walmart this could not happen. I dont like some low IQ cop being able to do what he wants and I cant tape it. That law can only exist to protect police misconduct, bc the tape would back up his story if I were breaking the law. Finally, courts are not fair. If two cops pull you over right now and plant some coke on you, who do you think the judge will believe, give me a break. |

The man said no, I won't give you my first name. On a 'first-name basis,' there is supposed to be human communication. NO - NOT WITH A COP. NOT EVER. "The reason you are detaining me is because I am carrying a gun?" "Yes," says the cop. BINGO! Bye, thug. |
blastercas User ID: 49391267 United Kingdom 11/17/2013 02:19 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Great post OPIE But in the USA boy have you got to be careful when you confront cops even if you know you are right. Here in the UK we have just as many arseholes (as cops) as the USA but the big difference is our cops are not armed so they don't shoot your face off when you voice an opinion, but the same goes here as in any other country you should NEVER TALK TO THE POLICE NOW WHAT...anyone got any good news for a change |

As a result of the many traitors and enemies inside our own government and the many unconstitutional acts, legislation and atrocities passed and/or committed against our lives, liberty and property, as well as a reckless foreign policy meant to enrich and empower an already wealthy group of 'elites' while wreaking havoc around the globe and committing atrocities against large numbers of innocent peoples in the name of 'spreading democracy', the United States is no longer a free country and the lives of its citizens as well as the lives of our brothers and sisters around the globe, are in dire danger and distress. |
