If he had not had that camera, he would of got maced, then tazered. That's what he should have gotten anyway, or a smackdown, for talking back to a cop. Cops don't like smartasses who think they know there "rights." Be polite, be respectful, and if you have a problem with a cop, work it out in the courtroom. I missed the part of the Constitution that prohibits us from exercising our rights in front of PUBLIC SERVANTS!!! asshole
