That being said I say for people with jobs like bus driver, train driver, pilot, operation of dangerous machines etc. drug tests are OK and I support them there. For jobs where drugs are of no harm as long as the person can do its job I say the drug testing is unconstitutional. To drug users I say: Stop caring about urine tests etc. and stand the fuck up for your fucking rights. If everyone who likes to smoke dope would take it to the streets it would be a march of millions, it would be the largest protest in human history. There would be nothing the gubberment can do against it. |

This is my tried and tested method. When you first find out: Immediately start drinking water, as much as possible up to the test, dont go crazy though. This will dilute your urine. Do not do any exercise, this breaks down you fat cells and releases the stored drugs/residuals into you system. Be lazy. Eat red meat, as much as possible. This will increase you creatine in you urine in which the drug test is tested against. Also due to your diluted urine from water, the creatine should stay at non-suspect levels. 8 hours before : Keep drinking water, drink at least 2L of cranberry juice. Cranberry is a diuretic and will ensure you bladder is clean. The Juice is also acidic and will maintain you pH level in your urine. It also contains salts which will maintain you urine specific gravity. You should be now urinating every 45min-1hour at least. 4 hours before : Keep drinking water. Take some multi vitamins – for a nice yellow colour to your Urine, as clear Urine becomes suspect. Before you walk into the doctor Urinate. Should be very easy by now. Usually you have another 10-15min before they get you to urinate. You should be all good by now. If you are able to go to the toilet for the test. Always collect your sample from mid flow. If you are going to comment, why dont you just not take drugs – FUCK YOU, its my life, you god loving mother fucker. For everyone else, hope this was informative and will help you being discriminated against. Or you can just buy a creatine powder and mix with cranberry juice. Drink 64 ounces the night before and another 64 ounces the morning of, make sure you do this 3 hours before test. |
