Earth's axis tilt changed

Due to the recent impact with the Scwassmann-Wachmann comet ,the Earth axis tilt has been increased to around 23 degrees.
The main C fragment was detroyed before it enetered the atmosphere,but you have to remember about the geo-magnetic sphere which is much larger .
It may not be a good idea to remain on this planet:all sea currents will change ,people in the Ecuatorial region will have a balanced weather,while temperate regions will experience higher winter/summer temp differences,which means one thing:desertification.
In a few centuries,this planet will likely become a huge desert,surrounded by oceans and having small areas of living space around the coastlines.
So,we have to evacuate to other biological planets(sadly ,no one is in the Solar System)
