Can you kill a "person"? If so, provide the statute that makes killing a "person" a crime.
There is no such thing as "personcide". You can steal an identity, but that is not kidnaping. There is a legal difference and definition for "person" because a person is a corporation under all statute law.

The whole way through my situation, that's what it was about. First exploited in the medical system, which caused me to act out of character because I was mismanaged through malpractice by psychiatry being prescribed benzos for way longer than the proper 2-4 weeks which resulted in me catching charges for aggrevated battery because I couldnt think straight and had a paradoxical reaction which caused aggression instead of calm. I would love to take back this freedom, just as long as it doesnt land me in jail. How would I do this? Can I without "violation of terms of Probation?" Yes you can but this is way out of my league. You might give this a try (membership fee required) - [ link to suijuris.me (secure)] Ending a probation would require you to forgive the 'Debt' they 'Charged' the TRUSTEE with and assert that you are the rightful Beneficiary & Administrator of the 'Legal Person' and forgive all debt. When you go to court, YOU are YOUR own worst enemy. It's essentially a tribunal against YOURSELF, where they TRICK you into acting in the capacity of a Trustee of your own 'Legal Person', while you end up consenting to the Pro-Se-Cutor becoming the Beneficiary. Figure out why the Prosecutor and Judge bring their CHECKBOOK to court. Because it's a BANK and someone needs to get paid, and if you don't CONSENT to acting as the Trustee, they have to pay!
