Thread title is false, Mr. Tertegte was not found guilty of anything. He was removed to another room because he was being disruptive in the judge's courtroom.

Bullshit. When is the last time you went fishing? I can see restrictions on commercial but few people fish for food anymore. Jail for a ticket is a disgrace anyway. It's nothing but a money game with no respect to humans. They can go find some burglars and drug addicts.
