The nucleus is solid and almost as big as the coma!  So what we see at the end of the video is the nucleous? WOW It's been said that ISON is behaving like a solid object and not giving off as much dust as expected. So I am not surprised if the nucleus turns out to be almost as big as the visible outer coma.
