its pretty easy! just think about something or someone! and just say within that you want to send as much as love as it is availaible from your source!

There is no specific guidelines for prayers... as long as the demand come from your heart! it's all that matters!

I know religions tend to make us feel inept to pray sometimes... but this is the sickest part of society.. that we are to beleive that only thru bible and church faith should we know how to pray..

Praying is not like knowledge... you don't learn it! You feel it!

take a piece of paper and write words after each another.

the logic of this is that each words that fallows deffine the previous thought or word even more deeper.

writting it out would seem pretty illogical to our brain..but it is extremly logical to spirit, because it generate very precise feelings!

When you just want to manifest some thoughts and go on like it. write it with a pencil, so you can erase what you don't want if it does not turn out as you would like.
