The OP is not only making a lot of assumptions he/she is so blinded by perceptions that the focus is on only what he thinks happened. For those of you who watch the video, please put your judgment aside and watch the brave men who tried to rescue her.

It was -23C here that morning. Notice the man who pulls off his jacket and tries to get into a wet car to help a stranger. The others work hard to try and free her too.

The cop in the video was with the railroad. Once she was free of the car he did do CPR. I do not know why he didn't get into the ditch or who he was calling. The fact is I do not know his story nor do any of you. Nor do we know the circumstances of the person taking the video.

Their is enough genuine police misconduct that when people go off the deep end without facts it makes it easier for others to dismiss real police travesty!

This does not fall into that category.

I called the number 'n the OP. They admitted it, but said that it was the Canadian Pacific assigned police who stood by.

So there's your proof, big guy.
