I'm pretty sure he said "taken down" and CBS edited his remark cutting off "down". We can clearly hear that he was abruptly cut before finishing his sentence.

He knows, that's why he asked to not be filmed.

Did you notice the cop say "speed might be a factor"? Yeah right, like he would say that looking at the cars destruction. He was probably baffled that there are no skid marks and no way to tell how the car ended up where it did but still it should be CLEARspeed was a factor.

Beside, why no overhead copter shots showing the scene, and notice lately with all the alleged staged shit the news is always there at night and never any helpful information?

Around 1:10 the firefighters spread some lime, chalk or other chemical where apparently there are skid marks some 10 meters from the pole. They are covering up something they don't want people seeing.



The car either exploded or was set on fire far before it hit the pole.
