The booms this week in Vermont were in BURLINGTON, Vermont.
On the 21st there was a 2.7 earthquake about 50-60 miles away.

Multiple areas around Toronto booming once again today.

This shit is getting crazy, booms and shaking 200 miles across Canada by the seaway, plus 5 states reported booms in the past day.

CORPUS CHRISTI- A loud boom Sunday evening sent many people out of their homes and sent emergency crews scouring the city for answers.

The city's 911 system was flooded with calls around 630PM from people all over town, who either heard the boom, or had their homes shake from the sound wave.

Reports of the boom stretch from the Rodd Field and Yorktown area to downtown and many places in between.

But after an extensive search of the area, no evidence of an explosion or fire was ever found.

Ok, a genuine question here...

You stated that, last December, you fully expected to see an uptick in booms this December.

If these sounds are unrelated to freezing water, why expect them in December?

What would be the scientific explanation for a winter cycle of widespread "booms"?

That's incorrect.
Last year I said "However from the end of December to about May it's a guarantee we'll be affected once again."
Not just winter but spring as well.
This year in this thread I said: "Time frame? Slowly picking up pretty much now in December and stopping around around May."

Everything slows down and pretty much stops after May.
All the information is shared and explained, please go through it all carefully.
BTW Last year NOT ONCE did the news blame booms on "freezing water", mostly had no explanation or blamed it on target shooting.

Take Arizona for example, that's the desert and even they are having recurring booms.
The news even acknowledged it.

Booms were heard in more then just Burlington, VT another areas of VT. too.

My hubby drives a truck and was recently sent to Fort Smith, Arkansas to spend the night in a hotel. I have been telling him about these booms for a long time and wasn't sure that he believed me. He called me and told me that he was hearing loud booms and it felt like the room was shaking. It scared the poo out of him! He asked me if I thought it was related to the booms that I had been talking about. I told him probably and told ya so. The next day he was asking the desk clerk about them and he said that the news keeps saying they are fireworks, but none of the towns people believe them anymore. He told him as much as they hear the booms and for as long as they can be heard, it would cost millions for them to set off that many fireworks.
