I'm suspicious of floating data centers. Wouldn't it be a good idea to put a data center in a place where storms would not be a problem? Moving a barge isn't a fast process so in the event of a big storm it isn't getting moved. But then, what better name for a concentration camp or re-education center than a "data center".
