Thank you, love it! Only thing, what do you mean by dreams are memories? I believe they are more than things created by past memories in the brain or simply nonsense. I'm open to different views so not saying wrong or right. Everything else was spot on!

I guess on a astrophysics level time is irrelevant so dreams could be a memory of the future??

dreams are memories because everything you experiance in a dream appear nonsensical...the dream adapts itself to where your focus is at during the dream!

If during a during a dream you are running away from something... then you see a nice looking girl and you focus your attention at her, you would end up changing the direction of the dream toward the girl and will probably end up as a sex dream...Lol. speaking of experiance..:P

memories are made of the NOW a moment with no time frame.

Where ever your focus is at your environement in the dream will emotively respond to your focus!


To make this simple.. Do you know of computer Ram memory?

Random access memory. This memory in a computer only functions in the now! when you close the application it has already forgoted everything!

We barrely remember our dreams because dreams are lived on RAM!

dreams are basicly the same thing as reality except you are GOD instead of being on god world. It just require practice of how to train your awareness of how your imagination create thoughts and then create emotions.

Emotions are more then feelings, your body, the table, the elements of nature, the people you interact with are all emotions.

feelings are how you react to stimuli which then feed new thoughts.

Best tip i can give you is this. Whenever you are walking, pay attention to civic adresses of buildings and make a habit of double checking every civic adresses... This might sound uber dumb lol. but it will be very useful in dream state to triger a lucid dream.

Everything you read and see on a dream changes everytimes you look away. Because dreams are made of emotive response rather then made of a solid base!

Once you are aware that you are on a lucid dream, find a spot sit on the ground and calm your thoughts..like meditation..You will sense a very high sense of control over yourself and will most likely reach your true self within a couple practice... Althought simple it requires patience and practice!

Dwelling on the past, especially the past failures in life, does not do the mind any good. Sure life can only be understood looking back, but it has got to be lived going forward. Reflections of the past only torment you, unless they were really pleasant.
