What they're doing is simply narrowing their search, and assessing who poses the greatest threat. Me personally, I'd rather not be on that list. But really, seriously don't you think that any government agency could host one of these supposed (old school BBS's) dial into any one of them and you never know who is on the other end. Go to the library and check out a book under an assumed name to remain anonymous. I'm sure there are some real situations out there that this could be really happening. But seriously if I felt I did something wrong on the internet then I would be paranoid too. So to prevent such an occurrence just smash all our hard disks now and prevent someone crashing in your door to do what has already been done.
