Wow. I just looked it up and read that our sun is about 10 times bigger than Jupiter. So this planet is bigger than our star! Amazing. You can verify the Sun to Jupiter size ration below if interested: [ link to sciencenetlinks.com] ETA: Oh, I see it says 11 times more MASSIVE than Jupiter... So not necessarily 11 times larger.. Quoting: Silver Xerulean 10 times the diameter. Size would be proportional to volume. The volume would be 1000 times greater. Quoting: Kirk I should know better than to post on GLP while not really paying attention... But yes, nearly 10 times the diameter is what I was going for, regarding the sun and Jupiter.
