Too hot down here and their needs (space, etc.) would not be met. I do feel a connection to these dogs though for some reason. Love your av. Greater is He who is in me than he who is in the world. Earth Daughter User ID: 50064829 United States 12/08/2013 10:26 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Hahaha Love it! I had a malamute who was a theif as well. Every morning I'd wake up and see strange toys in my backyard. I had no idea where they were coming from. Then, one night I finally saw what was happening. My malamute was jumping over the fence at night (She NEVER did this in the daytime. I didn't even think she could jump it.) She was roaming the neighborhood, stealing any toys that kids left outside their homes and bringing them to our yard. I had to change her sleeping arrangements after that so she wouldn't have so much freedom at night. I had a Giant Malamute for "a while".. here's his pic Unfortunately he wanted to eat my livestock, the goat in particular. High prey drive in this breed. I worked with a rescue assn to find him a perfect home.. the gal was surprised he didn't try to eat my cats lol. He was a gorgeous sweet dog. Cried when he left. TRUTH.. it's stranger than FICTION.. to be sure we are on the same "page" we must first be in the same BOOK “Enter by the narrow gate. They created the malumute breed by mating huskies with wolves, so they are naturally more 'wild'. Mine hated other animals. It was very difficult to take her on a walk. Trying to pull back a hundred pound dog from ripping the head off another dog took alot of strength. But with us, she was great. They have a strong pack mentality. She even tried digging a den when she went into heat. I came home to a three foot deep hole in the back lawn. We got her spade soon after:) Beautiful, strong dogs, though. conspiracyorreality User ID: 50463630 United States 12/08/2013 01:12 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Yep, a wolf hybrid, live and learn. This dog LOVED the snow and preferred being outside. He'd come in for a time and if I was working at the computer he would bump my arm for a petting.
