NBC - Obama refuses to rule out jail time for those who refuse to buy insurance

AND Obamacare isn't a burden?? I had insurance until this. What about the burden to me and my family now uninsured. Happy Fucken New Year!!!!

The entire notion that there are somehow millions of people out there smoking cigars and eating caviar that could afford health insurance but don't buy it because they are just too greedy as absolute bull shit.

If you have any assets and you show up at a hospital without insurance the hospital will turn you over to a collection agency and they will file liens on you, and fuck up your credit. People that can afford insurance already HAVE insurance. They have insurance because they have something to lose and they don't want to lose it when the hospital sues them.

The people that don't have insurance don't have it because they can't afford it.

These are the people Obama wants to force to buy insurance. What does he expect them to do, go out and steal to get the money?

They should try that expiment putting in different races. Do blacks have to pay as much as whites, other things being equal? What about asians? white hispanics?

Prohibition was once the law of the land.

All the good boys and girls followed the law, because it was the law.

But all the free people decided to say fuck the law. They drank illegal booze, parties sprung up, underground bootlegging, and a free market took over and replaced the once legal one.

Soon the government realized they had made a mistake, that for all of their best laid plans had backfired on them.

They were shown to be idiots, and eventually prohibition was repealed.

Every member of the House and Senate who voted for Obamacare is responsible for this. Now they're saying "we never intended it to get like this!"

They voted for a bill without knowing what was in it.

They voted for a bill without knowing what was NOT in it, what was left undefined that could be "clarified" with later regulations solely under Obama's control.

They voted for a bill that created a bureaucracy under Obama's control and trashed the stability of the status quo, thereby granting Obama the PRACTICAL power to break other laws and rules with impunity. This too was their responsibility to prevent, their "check and balance" on the executive.;
