It was never meant to be fully implemented. Obamacare has two purposes, to destroy America's health care system, and to control the people. They figured out long ago that the only way to bring in socialized medicine, was to destroy what we have now.

Look at the stats now. 90% of everyone who's being enrolled in Obamacare, are being put onto Medicaid. Which is a system that is already overburdened and ready to collapse.

They have plans for us, plans which they dare not speak in public because we are cattle and not people to them.
