JUST IN: Denver council passes marijuana bill that allows "front-yard" smoking of marijuana

The law will allow residents to smoke marijuana on their private property or with permission of a property owner regardless of whether it is visible to passersby.

I've been winding everything up where I am and
planning to head out west for several reasons
after the first of the year.
This kind of thing is ONE of those reasons.

Whew lets celebrate. What a big step everyone! Out in Cali no-one gives a shit about weed. Your wierd if you dont smoke in your front yard. I use to smoke like they were cigs. Shit get a vap pen and smoke anywhere you want! In the store, casino, spca, etc... I've done it lol

Yeah because it makes so much difference whether people are smoking inside the privacy of their own homes or on their own property.
