I don't have any children yet, but I have three brothers. I just started working at a call center for a major corporation for the holiday season. The area is like 90% white (blacks are less than 1% of the population) and probably 95-98% of the people working there are white. The interesting thing is that not only is the guy who runs the call center black (he does seem nice), but a bunch of a guys who have actual offices are black. Statistically this should be extremely unlikely, especially since none of the lower level management and maybe 1-2 people (out of hundreds) of the actual workers are black. Obviously there is some serious racism going on and the younger black guys in the upper management always seem to look at me like I'm a piece of meat. It is disgusting. |

Most are non-violent drug offenses. I know several young white men who cannot get jobs because they don't speak Spanish, or some other foreign language and most of the small businesses in my area are run by Muslims, Somalians or Mexicans. Americans can't get work. This country is in sad shape and things like this manual show why. PJ |
