So not confirmed by me yet....lol Quoting: sreglof23 Thanks for the great pictures again! We have had two clear days now, with a bank of cloud on the western horizon. Today was supposed to be completely clear but we have had dense fog all day, that is now starting to clear to reveal - high cloud :( I am still trying to get an evening view of Lovejoy, I live in hope. K Hmm, fog is back, right now getting a view of the end of the road would be an achievement. Although it's higher in the morning it's still around 20deg above the horizon at evening astronomical twilight. K |

May go for a drive and see if I can catch it after sunset. No scope though, that sucker is heavy and way to much stuff...lol Is probably easier to see in the morning if you have a good view of the northeast. Quoting: sreglof23 Today it was clouds. The light pollution is only bad up until about Midnight normally. well, thanks; I will look into that. Texans are arrogant Texans; but you would be too if you were correct all the damn time! |
