"Christmas" program not "holiday" program. Quoting: Melrox The children even sang "Away in a Manger" while playing bells, it was beautiful. The program closed with an audience sing along of "Silent Night" with the lights dimmed and when they turned the lights back on, a very loud..."We Wish You a Merry Christmas". It was awesome! They're also having "Christmas" dinner for lunch next week as written on the school menu.  Make sure you let the principal and everyone else with any say know how pleased you are about this. In our local school, the principal is such an obama-loving, PC spouting, far left lib that the kids can't even play tag or they get in trouble for "touching." My wife teaches deaf/hearing impaired kids, and the rules are driving her crazy!! Merry Christmas!  |
