Unfortunately they cant help it. Try to see "IQ by country" on google and prepare to be shocked. In Europe, IQ of 80 was considered as mild retardation back in the 60s. Entire nations in Africa do have average IQ below mild retardation level. On a large scale, every point counts, leading to unfunctional societies like the ones in Africa where people are full of AIDS or kill each other, or large "benefits feed" communities in the western world.
