Christmas week.... busiest travel, and shopping of the year. If you are a Chase bank customer you are SCREWED!! I can only imagine the hundreds of people that are going to get fuXed by this.

This is total crap, something big is happening

I just spent 30 minutes in line at the store while I waited for the cashier to get approval for my purchase.(ended up putting it on credit)

I got completely shut out at the grocery store...Had to go across town to the bank and beg for my own money...all I got was 100$

I have no idea how I'm gonna get through these Holidays

Just imagine this happening toevery bank after a major cyber attack

Chase limited my wife's card, the chase branch issued her a new one, They will be open till 5 pm today Saturday and open on Sunday. Withdrew all extra to stuff my mattress.

If you are among the thousands who are being treated as though you did something wrong and therefore should have the access to your own money restricted by a frigging incompetent and fear-driving bank, at the major shopping season of the entire year - you should immediately change banks! Chase is a great bank if you have over $10m in cash or 5m in cash and other relationships with them - which qualifies you for private banking. Otherwise, they suck as a personal bank, and are worse as a business bank. Get out of there while you can take your money without fees being imposed for closing your accounts.
