Erm, there's no new ground covered in this book. You've literally plagiarised the work of others, paraphrased it and called it your own.
Since it was on the internet and wasn't protected by copy rights there is no plagiarizing. Everything you "put" on the internet is not yours anymore as it becomes public and stays this way, so people should better be careful what they are posting. Great work OP! It kept me awake and reading till 3:00 am. I will be emailing you soon. I would like to add that there is a separate great thread by our moderator Phenn about how to make some extra income and OP is the perfect example of GLP member with brains. No jealousy folks, just respect! I wish English language was my first because I would also write something as well. Perhaps, my biography... LOL...  Thank you! I'm still in shock over the $100 donation. So Scridbt is if you want the .pdf Amazon/Google Play/Kindle Store for the ebook or emailing me since I'm a sucker and tend to give it out for free... All the ones I gave out for free... It was returned 10 fold with this donation. I'm still shocked. Amazing. Whoever you were;are - Thank you. That means the world to me. Thank you Jack for sending me PDF. The donation wasn't from me but I will purchase the book for my friend who I have found out lately (little bit shocking) is into conspiracy theories. As he put it this way: "You just cannot talk about it with people because they will say you are crazy..."  Green karma to you and I am adding you to my buddies list. Keep up the good work!
