I Love Egg Nog

I haven't had it in years but might buy a bottle for New Years.

I love it. I hear people says its gross.
How can you not like it? 5 stars for you cause eggnog is the shit.

Never had the real stuff. Only the stuff from the grocery store. Needs whiskey right?

Vodka will do as well. I love to add it to my coffee and Hot Chocolate, just a little bit on top.

I wont drink Dairy Gold Egg Nog. A few years ago I swollled what I thought was a whole egg... it was so gross I called the company they said It was harmless it was not an egg it was a gelatinous mold. I kid you not!!

one time while eating pancakes at a friends house as a young lad, the dad poured me a nice glass of cranberry juice.

i took a swig and at the bottom was a 1 inch perfect round mold. juice was 1 month old.

Those choc cookies(cute avator) or sugar ones would go well with eggnog. I feel like baking. I was shocked to see Egg Nog so early. Also they had all the ice cream (like Peppermint or Egg Nog flavor).

4 egg yolks
1/2 cup sugar
2 cups milk
2 whole cloves
Pinch of cinnamon
1 cup cream
1 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 Tbsp each of bourbon and rum or brandy, or to taste (can omit for kid-friendly eggnog)
*4 egg whites (optional)

I love egg nog also. I found out that it has a high cholesterol count and that kind of spoiled the fun for me. Maybe just a little bit. lol

Use rum and madierna. It will fuck you up fast. It's fun for the whole family. Not even hard core boozers can get through a few glasses. And i mean hadd care -- like if they do n't drink right when they wake up they get seizures. All booze, splash of nog. Perfect.

The BEST! Captain Morgan's spiced rum, a little egg nog, and nutmeg. Yum!

It's also yummy mixed with coconut rum....tastes like coconut milk...love my coconog at holiday time!

That sounds amazing. You could even put it in a coconut with a straw. Hmmm ... gotta try that!
