The shops will be all over the place. The medical dispensaries are now. |

WTF, how is this one nation with such disproportionate laws? Yes, as through this world I've wandered I've seen lots of funny men; Some will rob you with a six-gun, And some with a fountain pen. And as through your life you travel, Yes, as through your life you roam, You won't never see an outlaw Drive a family from their home. |

Quoting: Chuckie Joe WTF, how is this one nation with such disproportionate laws? Exactly as it should be. The States are given the power, not the federal government. If the laws of a state don't reflect your own personal opinions, move to one that does. The 10th Amendment is a beautiful thing! |

True, but it's more like how can there be such a division out there on this question... it's not like people in every state don't consume this product at about the same rate. It's not like slavery, where some states utilized it and some states didn't. It's not like slavery, where some states utilized it and some states didn't. The Drug War, when it's boiled down, is an assault on the 2nd Amendment, a consistent source of revenue for law enforcement and a great way for the police state to turn every citizen into a criminal, by supplying the drugs at the top and then arresting the users at the bottom for possessing them. The judges, prosecutors and attorneys that have invested their own personal finances into privately-owned prisons, which then get government-grants to operate when they reach certain capacities, are a driving force behind a particular jurisdictions enforcement of drug-interdiction. Generally speaking, the more corrupt the local, state and federal officials in a given area are, the more ferocious laws, regulations and execution of warrants there will be in that jurisdiction. |
