So Jesus taught this gospel to His disciples in a futuristic manner, Apart from that He taught and fulfilled the spirit of the law, making Him the perfected sacrifice and a sinless person, His atonement of His own life had infinite ability because He was also in the eternal nature of God. As important as His teachings were on the law, His death and resurrection was what actually fullfilled the complete Word of God. Jesus said... John 5:39 You search the Scriptures, for in them you think you have eternal life; and these are they which testify of Me. --------------------------------------- So before anyone thinks they can figure out how to recieve life from His Words, they must first come to Him and recieve life. He is the giver of life not His teachings. |

One believes, the other doesnt. Example: I believe because of a prayer experience I had. I can share the story with everyone, and I have typed it here many times. Really it does no good for anyone who isnt ready to believe. The beautiful thing about it is that once you've had the experience of Christ and the Spirit touching your heart, NO ONE CAN TAKE THAT AWAY FROM YOU. You dont believe for one reason or another and that is fine, your choice. Keep in mind that MANY believers used to be non-believers.. Just like me... Lessons learned today, are problems prevented tomorrow! One should not worry about tomorrow when there is plenty to do today!! |

Now it's compassion, forgiveness. But people are slow to change. Many will take several re-incarnations to "get it". "It" is compassion. That's the reason for life, I believe. So... If you sin (miss the mark) you get sent back to try again until you pass the test. That's how it seems from all I've read... Anybody got a better explaination for all this suffering? Stan P. |
