Those who commit crimes leading to the death penalty do not have life for they are soon dead. As a result, they do not have the spirit nor the truth. So if they try to worship, praise, or serve him..they do so in vain.

Ephesians 5:11-13
Have nothing to do with the fruitless deeds of darkness, but rather expose them. It is shameful even to mention what the disobedient do in secret. But everything exposed by the light becomes visible—and everything that is illuminated becomes a light.

Indeed. A gift... An unmerited gift of love. His to give to whomever he will. Whomever calls upon His name in truth and meekness.

And the gift is a seal. A guarantee.

And it is The Father and The Son which lead a man to repentance. Led them to repentance before the foundation of the world. To give them an inheritance. Of glory.

Another gift. From the great gift giver.

Glory be to Him alone.

I'd rather say that all who believe in Christ shall be saved. Those who believe Jesus is the Christ is born of God and those born of God do not sin. It is the spirit who gives life which is given to the obedient. Therefore those who confess the name of the Lord, MUST turn from wickedness for you are a slave to whatever has mastered you.

Yes, OP. If The Father has placed The Holy Spirit within a man, then God will tend to that man. God will reproved and rebuke and instruct that man.

He will guide him to his eternal home. He begins the work, He performs the work, and He will completes the work. (Past, present, and future).

The role of man is to yield to The Spirit.

God cares for His children, OP.

God even cares for the wild beast. All wait upon God for nourishment. And He feeds them all. Both the good and the wicked.
