In the interview Sylvia West mentions an email that she received from Hannah Billips husband. He said that the CIA had let Hannah telephone him for a few minutes only. Hannah quickly described the place she was being kept at.

She thinks it was Washington State (but the CIA) could have thrown in a red herring. Anyway...it was like a research building, very far from the main road and secluded.On the building was a big pyramid with a huge eye on it.

This is to do with the abduction of Hannah Billips. She had telephoned the FBI or CIA about a vision she had about a 3yr old little girl who was crying for help. The "Agents" came out to see her the same day and left her manuals about the CIA Stargate Program. They told her that she was a Starchild and they wanted her to work with the US military. The program was to do with Remote Viewing.
