Obviously, the role banks play in a scenario where we all use bitcoin wold be very different from their current role. That restructuring could bring some huge problems for shareholders. |

Bitcoin is the safest currency to hold wealth in during world war as it cannot be damaged by geo-political machinations. Right before WWIII hits bitcoin will be the number 1 safe haven for wealth until the war is over and only THEN will it be safe to pick a fiat to go into. |

Considering bitcoin is pretty volatile, many many pips are to be made. Quoting: Psych What's the best way to trade Bitcoin? TY Doorbert. Very interesting thread. While I can see the potential, I haven't figured out the legal ramifications yet. It's complicated (to me) because it's new and there are no other historic examples to look at in order to make a proper risk assessment. My broker isn't offering any options on their platform relating to Bitcoin but there is a demand for it, and investment companies are looking to incorporate it in their portfolio's. Anyway, technically, you don't need a broker to trade Bitcoin. Just convert. Think long term strategy. This will either boom or bust, but if there is a way to get in cheap before and IF the commercials get in on it, there is some serious money to be made. And that is what I am trying to figure out right now. Where is the big money going? |

If memory serves, you can trade BTC at 40:1. Very risky with such a volatility, but very rewarding if you got it right. |

Primarily because it allows me to have an account at JPMorgan in London... and their platform is pretty sweet. A 40:1 leverage is pretty high but it is nice to have available for those rare occasions you are working with a sure bet. |
