They keep posting these articles, but what it is doing is putting a "cloud" over each individual employee/Laborer, and they cannot recognize the fees/charges they are paying, is similar to Business fees/charges.
They utilize our energy and labor in the form of fiat currency for their profit.
If you compare Businesses that make up a Business park, with town houses that make up a community...you will see the same fees/charges such as water/electricity/ground rent/property tax/driver' registration/insurance apply to each individual Business the same way they apply to each individual town house.

By capitalizing names on documents, creates a 'trade name' from our regular name. A trade name is also a business name (wikipedia).
Long story short...
Regular working homeowners are being billed as if they were a Business or individual company.

You need to start ignoring these type of articles designed to keep you distracted from learning how your financial bill/statements/documents are recording your personal information.

If you appear as a Business on the documents because of a trade/Business name, then that is how you will be billed....automatically.

Trade/business name example:
Jane Doe (initialized) identifies natural individual.
JANE DOE (capitalized), identifies trade/Business name/title

The MVA is doing the same thing to regular working folks...they are billing for registration renewals every year or every two years...and when does a business a have renewals? Every two years. That's another clue you are being billed the same as a Business is billed.

It's not just Obama, the Supreme Court said NO over 30 years ago. Only way that can change is by a constitutional amendment or if the SP changes their own ruling by deciding to take a new case.

Doubtful a constitutional amendment would ever happen, can't see that happening with anything, as whether they change their ruling, doubtful either, because it's not about one President, it's about the Presidency.

If anyone can sue the President, that would be a tool to tie his office up by anyone with money, throwing any and every lawsuit at him for whatever they wanted.

That has to do with money not what he is doing that is unconstitutional, you can whine or you can sue, redress of grievances. We are the people and if they have to follow any type of constitutional laws for any reason, they can do it on at least try! The sure don't want people asking the hard questions, now do they. That would bring the house of card down and on their heads.

I have a feeling the NSA thing is more about spying on republicans, right wing groups and black mailing allies more than listing to the conversations of every day people. It fits in with the IRS cutting funding to republican groups.

Hiding behind the judiciary when you're a member of the legislature is hardly a profile in courage. Trying to use the judiciary against the executive when there are clear provisions in the Constitution for the Congress to use, this is clearly grandstanding cowardice.

My hubby and I just signed up on the Rand Paul website to join up in the class action suit. Signed up just cuz we hate the ideas of O and his NSA clowns.
The only reward we can hope to get for signing up is being placed in an Obama FEMA camp.

Former attorney-general of VA Ken Cuccinelli is on his team of lawyers. He is knowledgable in Constitutional law. I like Rand Paul and have always had a feeling he is going to break with the Repubs. at some point and form a 3rd party.
