Gate of the Sun - Tiahuuanaco - translation

Just thought I'd share this passage from a little book i came across in a second hand shop about a year ago called "Seasons of the Spirit". The book is over 30 years old and is a channeled message on the ages of Man. Theres a lovely section with an apparent translation of the Gateway of the Sun monument at Tiahuuanaco. I thought I'd share as the text is not on the internet, had to type it in :)

from the book:

"There stands today in Tiahuuanaco, a huge monolith called the Gate of the Sun. It contains heiroglyphys carved in the rock, which have defied all attempts to translate them. The difficulty of translation is not because the glyphs are worn or because they were applied in some obtruse code. The problem is simply that the thought categories of those attempting the translation did not embrace the possibility that the message might have been from a galactic race other than human beings.

If they had hit upon this concept, the translators would have quickly seen that the message runs something along the following lines:

"Sons and daughters of the light, believe in yourselves, and believing reach out to the children of the darkness whom you have come to teach and uplift. Choose your words always within the compass of your understanding.

The earth is the home of a race destined for greatness within the cosmos. Your task is to seek ways to encourage them in the battle for individuality and light.

The worker race lives among you for the benefit of the souls within them, who have lost ground spiritually over the aeons of time that are now the past. Treat them always with gentle love and patience, for their struggle is greater than yours. They are forging a new growth of the spirit in the crucible of their toil and suffering.

The humans of higher evolvement are also under your care. Do not think of them as backward or slow, for they have come from the God of All That Is, as you have, and their destiny is to return, as is yours. They sail upon the seas of the planet as you have traversed the aethers of space. Their bravery and courage is a match for your own.

As to the budding Greek civilization, remember that they hunger in the soul for the gifts of language, history and writing. In them especially, the written word lies folded as a flower, waiting to open in splendour. Seek to foster that unfoldment to the fullest bloom, for their language is to be a mighty voice across the ages to come, and the history they write ripen the race to its maturity."

It is a message of great spirituality, intended for eyes that are past the sufferings and narrowness of the human race as it is today; eyes that have seen so much of the miraculous creations of God that they could never concieve of the possibility of bringing harm to any creature on any planet."
