would it not be a far better thing to simply pay the father to be a father and let the world heal, that to pay each to abandon that which is lost, needed, and sought after.

You reading this see it as a welfare state, yet in my opinion we live in such a place where millions get paid to destroy lives and family's while pretending to do good. Who then their true benefactor?
