Last night was terrible 5 loud booms shook my home , I live in Markham Ontario just north of Toronto

Anyone see the pattern over the last 3 days between 4am and 5:20am ground is booming shaking my home. It was so bad last night I couldn't go back to sleep. Anyone in the Toronto area feel the same shaking over the last 3 days.
I know they claim it's a rare event called a frost quake but why now! We have had cold temperatures like this before very odd!
