Couple of reasons, why you can't.

First of all you don't know which ones of these poor will become something in their life. everyone isn't born rich, most people born poor are the ones who end up being the greatest people ever born. most people born poor have a push to become something in life to make themselves better. If everyone was rich or born rich nothing would ever get done. rich people are not going to do physical labor. the ones who are born rich will not go work at a fast food place, build a house, build cars, etc... so unless you can figure out which ones of the poor will not end up being a scientist who solves some of the world problems, someone who might help humanity more than a rich lazy person, there would be no way to know which ones to get rid of.

When I say rich lazy person I am referring to the ones born super rich who are here just to spend their parents money, just as useless a s someone on welfare except they get their welfare from a different source.

the only people that are useless in life are the ones who work their ass off rather they live pay check to pay check or have actually worked hard enough where now they don't have to bust their ass. as far as these rich ass holes who are born that way and everything gets handed to them they are useless as someone on welfare for life.

Now if you are talking about the people who get on welfare and stay for life, they are proud of the face that they are on welfare have no plans of getting off of welfare ever, then yes they are useless and maybe we should just cut them off and see if they go to work or starve. but at the same time you couldn't starve their kids because who knows what they might do in life. so maybe once the kid was old enough to get out on their on we could get rid of the parents.

We should also get rid of the people born rich also they do not contribute to society. You may say well they spend their parents money, right? Well seeing that money is really just an Illusion and is worthless and there will come a day soon when money will not be useful at all, what will the these useless spoiled brats contribute at that point? What will these spoiled actors contribute? They are not going to want to rebuild shit. so might as well terminate them with the poor who will never contribute to society.

We need people with skills who actually can contribute. this is why when they save so many people in the under ground bunkers it will be people who have some sort of useful skills not useless welfare people, not useless rich people.
