This is unbelievable.

The estate of a man who committed suicide in CT has won an $8 million dollar lawsuit against a doctor who somehow is being held responsible for failing to predict that his patient would shoot himself, along with his wife. Wtf??

Yet at Sandy Hook, we have a school district that failed to provide keys to teachers who then died because they couldn't lock their doors; a shooter who apparently fought with staff the day before the shooting; a principal who possibly let the shooter into the school; multiple 911 calls that went unanswered; strange issues with police and EMS response...

...and not a single lawsuit.

I know this has been covered before, but this suicide suit makes it obvious that ridiculous lawsuits can be won even by deceased people; where are the Sandy Hook wrongful death suits?
