I am saying Hoax. I have friends from Dulce, and they have lived there their whole lives. They know about the "base" but they don't think nor have they seen any evidence of anything.
Quoting: Battlestar Valkyrie Maybe they did not know for it because it's well hidden? Or perhaps Dulce was a hoax created to throw people off the scent from real underground bases which exist elsewhere.
