Given the story from the LA Times it makes sense. I can't tell you how angry it makes me that they air video of a different protest...... If you see video of protests where people are dressed for cold weather you are not watching video of Fullerton!

they don't even have the trial outcome on the news...

For those who feel passionately about this, here is a petition that has been started demanding Federal Civil Rights Charges against the involved officers.

I don't have any faith in the system left at all at this point. Not sure Federal government wouldn't get right into bed with the local system here and leave things as they sit right now.

Remember the Dorner story? THIS is exactly the type of story that he was fighting against. Corruption in the police department. You remember Dorner right? The guy that lost his wallet in San Diego, but his wallet miraculously survived the burning of that cabin and his body was so charred they couldn't identify him without his wallet. What a magical wallet. You guys remember the story - two separate cops shooting at innocent people that morning in Long Beach?

You are correct. This whole situations scares me to death - precedence has now been set - all 'police officers' now have a license to kill regardless of the situation.
