The City of Cincinnati, 200 miles downstream, has shut
the intake valves on the Ohio River.

Radio has mentioned that one should stay away from the River for the next 2 days.

All regulations should be removed the epa and FSA should only study and provide guidance. If a company causes harm to the environment and or people the people of that county get to 1 hold a vote on if the management and board members were guilty of cutting corners or if it was a legitimate accident. If there found guilty the people of that county that was hurt will decide the punishment for the management and board members including death if bad enough.
