Hill Elementary, has been suspended with pay following the incident that has left 5-year-old Akeelah Joseph terrified to go back to school. Joseph was in the dark closet for over an hour and was only found by a substitute teacher after Oshfeldt wound up going home early because she was sick. [ link to www.opposingviews.com] |

She is sick alright. Sick in the head. Not safe around children. Seriously, hope there is no mercy for her. She ought to be legally restrained from ever being around children.
Locking that child in a dark, cold storage closet? Not to mention the child is only five years old and has asthma? It is psychological torture and what did she teach the other children by this? That she can use cruel methods to control when she does not have the sense and composure to deal with them.
Send that "teacher" to a dark cell. Throw away the key. |

Paid suspension is a just punishment? |
