Good for you OP. I remember the first ten I bought in hopes of being a slum lord.

Less than three months later I was in one of the yards advising the gentleman rentor not to bring a knife to a gunfight as I removed the doors while he told me I had to sue him to get him out. I never went to court.

Congrats OP! Anyone who came to my door would ask to see my parents. I lived in Missouri at the time, so when they'd ask if my parents were home, I'd tell them I'd have to phone them in NJ to ask.
