OK, I've checked the relevant websites but found nothing citing a source for this thing. Any solar buffs here with an explanation?

Re: urm.....strongest solar flare in 30 years 2003 updated
I thought this was weird too. So I googled 'solar flare' and discovered a few other old news stories about X-flares being updated within the last 24 hours. I came across other odd info as well.

The wiki entry for the movie "Knowing" was also updated today.

Rosetta is awakening tomorrow. There is a solar conference starting tomorrow.
