Yes, this is over the top and totally fucked up, BUTT (lol) this guy DID have an 'anal' history with the cops. He had previously been found with drugs up his butt, the dog supposedly hit right where the guys ass was sitting in the car, so I don't know.

If you were a cop and pulled over a guy who was busted by your department in the past, WITH DRUGS UP HIS BUTT, wouldn't you be convinced that he might do it again?

I just think this goes to prove that the supposed "Drug War" is a DE-humanizing endeavor for society as a whole. It is a sham that makes millions if not billions for both cop and robber.

They could have dressed the prisoner in a Geri-pad; secured him to a Geriatric, day-chair during the day until the drug was eliminated, and if still necessary, secure him to a hospital bed at bedtime.

This is one reason why it is against the law to practice medicine without a license.

When the handling of a prisoner becomes of a medical nature, that means it is time to hand him over to the medical profession, and station a police guard with the patient.

Just because a prisoner becomes a medical matter, it doesnot give license to the police to become doctors and nurses, licensed or otherwise. Has everyone lost his mind ?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

scans and xrays work for TSA, but are a tool of a medical nature, and should be used accordingly, and in the proper place under proper and legal guidance.

The prisoner/person could be given a choice of treatment, and must sigh for it.

One of the purposes of jail is to cause a person to lose his Constitutional rights for the duration, but that doesnot mean the law profession suddenly becomes the medical profession.

I want the law profession to keep their hands off my medical profession, and iwill keep my hands off the law profession. Satan doesnot want either, he wants chaos. He wants it all mixed up and turned into soup.

Can he file civil suits on the cops and doctors now?

the reason for all these new and massive amounts of laws being written is to overshadow the old and justifiable laws with chaos in order to surreptitously introduce Babylon Talmud Law into our court system. Students will be taught these new, massive amounts of garbage laws, while the old justifiable laws will sit in dusty books in the damp basement where they will finally dissipate from moisture and mold.

neighbor is a cop. his wife was catching hell from her awake friends because now a days people know cops are just gang thugs dressed in blue. whenever news like the anal probing cops came out the other ladies at her work (very high end hair cuttery)talked in whispers and looked at her funny. she filed for divorce. talked to him once. he told me a little about his time at the police academy. they train and are taught that all non-rich civilians are scumbags. they also are trained how to hurt/kill people and are encouraged to use that training to instill fear and obedience. cops are definitely power tripping.
