it is rigged to an extent, but not in the way you are probably thinking.

the cia psychic warfare unit basically rigs most big time major games.

for the spectator it might look like an unfortunate fumble that costs a certain team the game....

guess again. the player was actually targeted with a brief brain-scramble burst from a weaponized satellite directed at the player's motor cortex.

theres really no need to even go there. It complex but not THAT complex. The refs and owners are all they need

You people must love to feel controled.
Everything must be guided by some "hidden hand".

Too many people involved to throw a football game. Too much pride for most to "lay down".
Now a ref could be bribed to make a bad call but even they police each other with video and a union.
