Why does it matter what race or color? The end result is the same for all ethnic peoples. It's about salvation and everybody is welcome.

Re: You defy your own God when you say the Egyptians were not Black because your Bible says they were.
I have studied this subject extensively and present my view for peer review here.

Lets start with homo erectus.

[link to upload.wikimedia.org]

Originated in Africa. Eventually spread to the rest of the old world. Remember, it is not easy to get out of Africa. There is that thing called the Sahara Desert blocking the way.

Homo erectus is perfectly adapted to Africa. Lots of babies lots of sex lots of violence. Not such a big brain (800 cc), but more brawn and immune power.

So those that left never really stopped being in contact with those that stayed. And since those that left had to genetically adapt to new colder environments, by being less violent and less brawn and more brain, the bigger human brain seeped back into East Africa.

So we have humans that originated outside of Africa, and sort of interbreed with the east african homo erectus.

The end of the ice age wiped out evidence of human evolution outside of africa with increased ocean levels.

But the proof of this theory lives today with west african homo erectus population. Their cranial capacity is in the mid range of homo erectus.

These are the 'people' that were enslaved and brought to
America.

Back then they knew that even though we had never lost the ability to breed with them, they were still not human. But as interbreeding continued, we lost sight of this.

So now these animals have been set loose. Welcome to the Planet of the Apes.

It beez uplifted by the pyramid building kneegrows. Good job, boys.

Make some more shit up: We beez Jipshuns n sheeit! We beez ancient Greeks n sheeit! We beez Arabs n sheeit! We beez Moors n sheeit! We beez British and Irish n sheeit! King Arthur n Lancelot wuz neegrows n sheeit!

But dem evil YTs STOLE everthang fum us!... then we forgot how to make fire, or a wheel, or writing, or, well, ANYTHING other than a stick.

Do we actually know with certainty for how long the Sahara desert has been a desert such as it is today? Sometimes I feel we judge prehistory based on our current geographical and climatic circumstances when they could have been very different 100.000 years before.

Essentially, the Moors were a mix of Caucasian Berbers and Arabs with some black Berber tribes like the Tuareg. The Spanish records list which tribes were black, and what land was given to each tribe as a reward. It also records the fighting after the conquest, as the Arabs were given all the best land, and they gave the Berbers the less fertile hills and mountainous area.

The thing is, we do have graphic depictions of the Moors. It's just as in Ancient Egypt. You may say whatever you want about them being black Africans, but how do you explain that through much of the Ancient Egyptian history, except the very end, they depicted their women as being light skinned (sometimes pale white) and their men as darker skinned? No black population has lighter skinned women. Interestingly enough, the Minoans (who have been proven to be like modern Europeans genetically) also depicted their men as darker than their women. Thus the conclusion should be that women were depicted as lighter to denote purity while men where depicted as darker to demonstrate that they were out working or fighting wars and thus affected by the sun. This is what we can derive from their art just as we can derive from the art of the Moorish invasion in Europe that the Moors were a mixed people consisting mostly of caucasoids.

You can just refuse to acknowledge this and base your opinion on what you wish that it was, but what purpose do you accomplish except deluding yourself?

Charles Darwin said "Since the dawn of history the negro has owned the continent of Africa - rich beyond the dream of poet's fancy, crunching acres of diamonds beneath his bare black feet. Yet he never picked one up from the dust until a white man showed to him
its glittering light.

His land swarmed with powerful and docile animals, yet he never dreamed a harness, cart, or sled. A hunter by necessity, he never made an axe, spear, or arrowhead worth preserving beyond the moment of its use.

He lived as an ox, content to graze for an hour. In a land of stone and timber he never sawed a foot of lumber, carved a block, or built a house save of broken sticks and mud.

With league on league of ocean strand and miles of inland seas, for four thousand years he watched their surface ripple under the wind, heard the thunder of the surf on his beach, the howl of the storm over his head, gazed on the dim blue horizon calling him
to worlds that lie beyond, and yet he never dreamed a sail!"

Who the Moors really were.
Posted on July 18, 2008 | 37 Comments
There are several works of art from the Moorish occupation of Spain, one called ‘Cantigas de Santa Maria’, from the reign of Alfonso the X, and the ‘Book of games’, also from the same era. These two books were written and illustrated by the Spanish, there are a few images illustrated by the Moors themselves in the ‘Tale of Bayad and Riyad’ from the 13th century, and an 11th century illustrated book called ’The Skylitzes Chronicle’ by medieval Byzantine historian Johannes Skylitzes.

The images have all come from this page, which has a far more comprehensive library of images than you will find on this blog.

Ludwig Van Beethoven was actually Black, so why are we taught otherwise?

Oct 14, 2004, 04:56 PM
Contrary to popular belief, Ludwig Van Beethoven was actually Black.

Here are some academical sources and eyewitness accounts that verify this fact. (Note that Beethoven's mother is said to be a "Moor")

Frederick Hertz, German anthropologist, in "Race and Civilization," refers twice to Beethoven's "Negroid traits" and his "dark" skin, and "flat, thick nose." (pp. 123 and 178).

Frau Fischer, an intimate acquaintance (i.e sexual acquaintance) of Beethoven, describes him thus, "Short, stocky, broad shoulders, short neck, round nose, blackish-brown complexion." (From R. H. Schauffler, The Man Who Freed Music, Vol. I, p. 18, 1929).

In speaking of the immortal Haydn, who was Beethoven's teacher, Andre de Hevesy says: "Everybody knows the incident at Kismarton or Eisenstadt, the residence of Prince Esterhazy. In the middle of the first allegro of Haydn's symphony, His Highness asked the name of the author. He was brought forward. "'What!' exclaimed the Prince, 'the music is by this Blackamoor? 'Well, my fine Blackamoor, henceforward, thou art in my service.'"
Carpani, who originally related this says that "Haydn's complexion gave room for the sarcasm." And that Haydn had the title of "second professor of music but his new comrades called him "The Moor"." (G. Carpani: Le Haydn, etc. Letter 5. Milan, 1812).

Referring to the above incident, Alexander W. Thayer, perhaps the foremost authority on Beethoven, says, "Beethoven had even more of the Moor in his features than his master, 'Haydn.'" (Beethoven, Vol. I, p. 146). By "Moor" was meant "Negro." Until recent times, the German for "Negro" was "Mohr."

Paul Bekker, another very noted authority on Beethoven, says that "the most faithful picture of Beethoven's head" shows him with "wide, thick lipped mouth, short, thick nose, and proudly arched forehead." (Beethoven, p. 41, 1925. trans. Bozman). Thayer adds that Beethoven was an ugly little man, and no one would be more astonished than the great composer, should he return and see how he has been idealized by sculptors and painters.

It's useless to have a conversation with people who have ulterior motives. I really have no vested interests in Ancient Egypt/The Moors not having been negroid. I am just giving you some facts here to ponder, but you won't be able to think logically if you really, really want every notable historical figure to have been black because you have a lacking racial self esteem.

Re: You defy your own God when you say the Egyptians were not Black because your Bible says they were.
They were Black people. Native to the land called Africa,Al Kebulan,Ethiopia,Nubia or Ta Seti.

The called THEMSELVES :

Khemet Nu which means literally Black people.

You Bible called them the descendents of Ham.

Ham comes from Cham which comes from Kam which comes from Kamit or Khemit.

You defy your own God when you say the Egyptians were not Black because your Bible says they were.

Foreigners did come into their land but that was after 10,000 years and after the civilization had long been built.

When the first Greeks invaded the Blacks began migrating into West Africa and into Central and South Africa to get away from them.

Hum.... do a see a pattern here. What has Africa ever contributed to the world besides Safari hunts. The everything built better than a grass hut was done by the white man in your country of origin. Those displaced have never returned. Do you see those in Europe or the Americas moving back? No, because they have it easy there.

Ludwig Van Beethoven was actually Black, so why are we taught otherwise?

Why can't you pride yourself in some black artist instead of trying to steal white artists? You guys had it going at some point with jazz, so many great musicians that just redefined music forever. Unfortunately your hate of whitey turned you to rap and now look what happened. Had you not been so hateful and envious things could have been so much different for you now.
Banned as usual.

“It is far easier to be a weakling than to be a Real Man. Were the Earth less harsh or the circumstances of life less austere, man would destroy himself before the shrine of the languid goddess. Only Real Men can with safety destroy the tangled forests and wilderness of Earth and make from them gardens, but will those who inherit the gardens be Real Men? The law decrees that they must be, or the wilderness will reclaim its own.”
